Place the file, HelpDeskActLookup.dll into your ACT! \plugins folder. Unzip and place the file, TSHDANRC.exe into the client folder c:\program files\common files\resourcedynamics\hdconnect (same location as the cmlinks) make sure helpdesk and act are closed. once files are placed, start up applications. Attention VISTA users... Because of added security in VISTA, to use this feature, you will need to start your applications by right clicking and 'run administrator'.
